Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities of any order at our sole discretion.
c. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the U.S. only. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather conditions.
d. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of unused items within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect. Custom or seasonal items are final sale.

All photography sessions must be booked in advance. Payment in full is required to secure your time slot..
b. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of your deposit. One reschedule is permitted per booking, weather permitting.

By participating in a session, you agree that Highland Barn may use photos for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
a. Booking & Conduct
All farm visits are by appointment only. For safety reasons, guests must follow all posted signage and instructions from staff. Running, climbing fences, or feeding animals without permission is prohibited.
b. Weather Policy
Farm visits may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. We do not operate visits in July and August due to animal safety and heat concerns.
c. Liability Waiver
By visiting the farm, you agree to assume all risks associated with being on a working farm. Highland Barn is not liable for injuries or personal property damage that may occur during your visit.
